👩🏻💻🐰🕳️ I’m a software engineer who loves writing code, investigating tricky bugs down rabbit holes and helping others above all things. I value curiosity, generosity and humility very highly. I think the three are very closely related.
📚🧮 I have a background in theoretical computer science and I wanted to study pure mathematics. I’ll do it one day.
💬🗺️ I’m a polyglot at heart, trying to be a polyglot on the outside. I love learning programming languages, even in absurd ways, and human languages as well.
🇫🇷🇩🇪🇳🇱🇮🇹 Besides Spanish (my native language) and English, I speak French, German, Dutch, and Italian with varying levels of proficiency. I enjoy very much learning languages and try to use every opportunity I have to practice.
🌍🇪🇺 I currently live in Madrid, Spain. I’ve previously lived in Austria and the UK and I’d like to live in Germany or Belgium in the future. For now I just try to visit as often as I can. I can’t imagine living outside the European Union.
🧩🎹♟️🎮 🍰 Even though learning languages is my main hobby now, I have other hobbies such as doing jigsaw puzzles, playing piano, playing chess, reading European literature, playing Nintendo videogames and baking, that I rotate in a sort of fallow-hobby fashion.
🚅✈️🧳 Like many people, I love travelling. Unlike many people, I love travelling alone.
🐶🐩 I also have a dog, a little poodle named Mochi, who’s very cute and very spoiled by all humans as a result.
